If you want a really handy unit convertor you can find one at ESB Consulting, they even have a portable version for those that have locked down work PC's..

Has every unit I have ever wanted to use and a lot I have never heard of

do you mean how many millimeters is 2 5/16 inches? if so it's about 58 or 59 mm.
