yep, big heavy anchor of an engine..

Rebuilt a hotted up one years ago for GT Capri, sounded good, went OK, felt like a bit of a lead tipped arrow compared to my mates V4 version..

It is a peppy engine, and they can be found for next to free sometimes.

There are two problems with this swap:
* Tight fit. A windsor 5.0 generally fits more easily
* Weight. It is heavy, weighs near exactly what a non-turbo SR20DE does.

The weight won't mess up the handling so much as slow down part of the HP increase. With appropriate springs and anti-roll bar the 1200 will do fine.

This would eb similar to fitting the commodore (buick) v6 in.
Plenty of go, but would the extra weight on the front cause any grief?
