They should not care about the 4" width.

They will care about the 15" diameter. And about the rear wheels being different from the front wheels.

thanks guys i was talking about 15x4 on the front with what ever the biggest tyre i can get on the back tubbing it to the rails moving the leaf springs and pumping the gaurds

Yes that's true, 15% increase in engine capacity is ok, as for wheel sizes, just depends what mood the cop is in. Sorry apart from those anything that is changed from factory is supposed to be engineered lol.

Well it depends where you live. I think Queensland Transport allows engine swap to A14 without engineering, but A15 requires it. And don't they allow moving to 13 inch wheels without engineering?

I think you mean 4" wheels as in skinny fronts to match fat rears? So the wheels are 15x4's? If so they will need to be engineered as dd said the stock wheels are 12x4's.
ANYTHING on the vehicle that is changed from factory will have to be engineered.
