Even if the body is pretty poor, the fact that it's engineered for a FJ20ET is a pretty big deal. You haven't been able to do a conversion like that in years. And never will again. For the paperwork it is worth a fair bit alone.

had a look at it..got structural rust underneathe where the leaf springs attach to body and yeah alotttaa bog and cracks in paint

whinings probs just from the old tming chain. wonder how much hes willing to take for it though...dealers never take much money for a trade in anyways

hey guys n girls,the ute 4 sale bout 12months ago out central west nsw,he couldn't sell it so traded on a modified jeep at a dealers in granville,its still 4 sale but i don't think its worth the money,every panel paint or bog cracked,guards n doors are warped,firewall n half engine bay n booster looked to be paint brushed in deadener,tail light chrome are rusty,diff good,motor starts with a whine then shuts up after idle 4 a while,,,,,but hey its engineered n reg so prob a few $'s worth in that but not 12thou....but if interested suppose go a look.....
