Id expect nothing aftermarket would be as good
as Nissan quality. Even NIssan racing enthusiasts
have found through years of getting custom grinds
that even the top grinders recommend Nissan ones
for the high nickel contents and quality.

Yes Repco is stock replacment parts. It is a common brand here. They are imported (foreign) parts but the quality seems OK.

The other cam is not from Nissan, hence "aftermarket" -- probably a stock grind. It i wrapped in Nippon Kakoh Seishi vapor phase inhibitor paper. For that price you can get a GX grind from a cam grinder.
