I guess it would be cheaper if you'll just send it to perth. Ill just let my aunt take it here. So the total weight when packed is around 6.5kg?

well the heater box itself is approx 40cm (height) 30cm (depth) 25cm (width) ill see what i can do with packaging

Give the dimensions and weight of parcel auspost calculator sats 6.5kg us $104 express air post. Goes by weight easy to calculate
