Caltrack bars are also a good option. They worked well in my old sedan and don't require welding to the diff or chassis. they stiffen up the springs when under load so you can keep the standard springs.

Ute load leaves are good for sedans if towing or lowered, but there's more weight in the tear to help traction than the ute.

yeah, removing leaf was a separate note... not a suggestion for removing lady and the tramp

he will want to do that when he has his new shocks.... and no more tramp

while i agree that the load leaf does terrible things to handling, i cant say that i beleive you'll be able to eliminate tramp
by removing leaves of any kind. Generally a half leaf is added on top (front half) of the pack to help eliminate spring 'wind-up'

a 2 link will eliminate all wind-up and yes good shocks are a must.

i have noticed that even when you eliminate spring 'wind-up' the ute's can still tend to 'bounce' slightly on the
tyres when starting to break traction, which feels a little like tramp but no where near as severe

Load leaf! Is a big problem!
As 1200rc said there's a good range of rear shocks to choose from, and replace rear bushes, new shocks, remove load leaf, and if u got lowering blocks take them out to!!!
