go for Optibelt Marathon 1 belts, for the A12 engine, belt size is V10X990.

yes, it's what they call "belt dressing" in these parts. But first ensure the belt is properly tightened. You shouldn't be able to move the belt more than 15 mm with one finger. Pull it one way, then push it the other. If needed, tighten it. Fan Belt slackness: 10-15mm.

Try lubricating it by holding a stick of "Dri-Lube" on the ribbed face of the belt whilst the engine is running. A candle stick will do if you can't get any Dri-Lube.

Hi Guys

I get a Szeezing noise when i put ac on in my b310 after 10 minutes drive, once when i got it i put a little water on the belt then that sound disappeared and came again after some time, i am not getting any sound like this from my alternator belt but only on ac belt,any idea how to avoid this noise ?
