if you can find an original mini moke heater, they are a self contained unit (heater core, fan, foot vents, and two 'pipes' to route to the windscreen vents. You'd probably have to mount it under the passenger front shelf near the footwell, or maybe in place of it. But these things work exceptionally well (teh only mini heaters that work at all to be honest)

if you haven't fitted it, get a 1200 auto tunnel or from a 120y, i have fitted CA18det using an auto tunnel because i wanted to keep the original heater unit...fits perfect!!!, if using MD's you'll have to find an other alternative for demist the w/screen
but if its fitted forget what i said!

Hair dryers in the ducts work for demisting- won't heat cabin much though.

Otherwise use a different tunnel. 120y tunnel allows stumpy to fit and retain stock heater. Stock heater fits with stanza tunnel in my sedan- but gearbox needs to be angled to remove from car.

wondering what options people have used in terms of a heater box after ca/sr conversions when u gotta lose the old one due the larger tunnel?
just looking at what the options are before i buy the universal one off maddat?
or if u can get them cheaper somewhere else?
