I will be using mine, I'll most likley get it black oxided to sex it up a bit, mainly as I still haven't seen a really good set of extractors to fit a thou. I hope I can get the studs out without trashing it...

im sure he will pull 500 for it.

but still, you ask for offers(like you did), you get offers(like you did). if you get insulted by low offers(like you did), dont ask for offers.
you hardly ever see a set price for things for sale on here, its always offers:? makes it hard on the guy making the offer as he doesent know what the seller is expecting and its just a waste of everyones time when the seller whinges he is getting stupid 'offers'
its the nature of the 'offer' mate.

you should have sold it to that joker on here a while back who was paying 1000 dollars a piece.

ps. please dont infer in other TOPICS that i was the one who lowballed you. i know what id pay for one.

The biggest issue is they have allowed some modern engines like the 4age 20v with 3rd party ecu making 210hp in the same class so prices will crash soon enough but there is no reason why he couldnt get 400-500 missing the twin pipe outlet. Until prices really crash then they are worth the market price.

I'm not 'crying', I'm actually laughing. I clearly asked a farking question, what's it worth. Good to see someone is intelligent enough to help me out here (thanks revhead & 1200rallycar)
There you go people, they apparently go for around $500. I don't have the matching engine pipe, but I'm sure any decent exhaust shop could sort it, but then again we pretty much know this is going on a sprint car (unless your doing a exact gx replica) everyone else seems to be cashin them in, might as well try too hey.
Any offers around there, or once again, happy to try sort a deal on some roller rockers. Can have it blasted so it looks like new if you wish.

i think the long and short of it is, if you dont want 'insulting' offers, damn well put a price up.
people on here always ask for offers without putting up a price they want then cry when they get lowballed.

I sold a set recently for $500 with a functioning pipe to go with it but all the sets I've seen go for the same. Prices should crash soon as it looks like the speedway lads will get extractors on their list and then it will still be a sh1tfight over heads then.

actually, the insulting price was $100, and considering i tried to buy one back when i was trying to keep my car all 'original' and the price was stupid like gx bonnets are, i found that rude. i was actually hoping to find someone with roller rockers to do a plus cash deal with their way.
i dont know a 4 value now, but 100 sure isnt it.
