As my car has no bumpers I have two 1/4" flat plates with round loop bolted to the bumper attachment points in the front. The plate in the rear is the same but welded to the chassis rail just behind the spring perch.

If you need the bumpers then you could simply weld up a combo bumper bracket tow eye.

An upholterer owed me a favour, so cost nothing.

The front one is sandwiched between the bumper bracket and the rail. You have to punch two holes in it to match the bolts spacings of the bumper bolts.

I`ll get some done for you today if you like. Wont cost anything if the upholterer doesnt charge me. Just tell me if you want 1 tonne or 3 tone rating.

The factory tow point on the front is around the castor rod mount. The mount is pressed rounded above the castor rod as not to cut the rope etc. I do like the factory offering of the bolt on brackets though.

I should have clarified, for track use. I saw some strap type points that bolt to car, just need to find a point they won't rip chasis or suspension mounts

Cool, ive never seen factory tow hooks on a 1200.

I cut about 600mm of webbing off a ratchet tie down strap(heavy duty). Got it stiched back onto itself and punched a couple of holes in it to go under the bumper iron.
Seems to look neat enough, with only a small loop that hanges out the front. It can be tucked up under the bar when you`re not on the track. You can do the same at the rear, but get the webbing stiched into a loop instead of back onto itself. Unbolt one of the rear spring hangers and slide it over.

You will have to pay an upholsterer to do the H duty stitching.

Otherwise im more than happy to make some up for you if you like.
