Everyone uses the P11 or P12 Head and put it on a RWD Block along with heaps or mods , Mazworx build them complete for you , lots of projects to come out still including this one.

There is someone running the QR25de with SR20de crank for easy 650hp so far

The Aussie X-Trail engine would be awesome with a turbo strapped onto it. I think it's the QR25 engine from memory. Awesome capacity for a four cylinder. Provided the engine was strong enough it should make huge power with a turbo. I think it's 125 kw's or thereabouts without a turbo.

As ddgonzal said jap only had turbo version. You can buy the ve head and fit it to det bottom end. Mazworx sells kits for the rwd side of things

i dont think any xtrails came with sr20 in Australia and we didnt get a turbo xtrail unless it is diesel

SR20VET is a factory engine in Japan, from Nissan T30. Stock 280 HP.

Ve heads off 2L na's. the conversion onto det bottom end is $$$. Which is sr2#ve+t . Some aussie ve's making 900hp+ very cool
