Air Compressor Problem

Hi Guys

I got a problem with my b310 air conditioner,Air compressor has a stop point on each rotation and ac is not enough when there are more than 2 people in the car ,what is the problem with the air compressor ?it doesn't rotate evenly at one point it stops and again start on each turning cycle
