Malik, what year engine does your 1200 have? There is no electronic distributor that fits early 1970-1973 engines unmodified. But it only takes a simple modification to use any of the stock A-series electronic distributor in the early engines.

Can anyone please help me with my distributor swap. I got a 1200 ute and is the only one existing in my country(Sri Lanka) What I need to know is, are there any nissan latter model came with electronic distributors which can be directly swapped with my standard A12 distributor without any modifications needed?
