The flange should be same. Measure the one you have and the one your going to buy.

Thanks mate so the diff snouts should be the same? So I should be able to just put it in? If the snouts are different can you just change the flange on the front?

Auto and manual h150 diff flange are same it's only tail shaft length and input flange into gear box that differ.
You might be lucky and get a 3.7 ratio

hey guys i have 120y manual with a jap diff ( not borg warner ) i need to know if i can use a auto diff to replace it with ?
can i use an auto tailshaft in the manul box? cheers
