D, I have in stock a brand spanking new custom front pulley. It has a steel hub, with an Aluminium front water pump/alternator pulley.
Since the pulley hub is solid, you could quite easily bolt a pulley of any size you like to it. hit me up if you'd like a pic.

Tensioner on v-belt works just like non-tension setup, doesnt' it? Depends on how tight you get the V-belt?

Automatic tensioner is a different matter.

This one seems the closest but need to compare the centre hole bore, depth or bore length to a factory unit.

edit: stock pulley bore id is 29mm, depth 26mm, outdiameter of pulley is 138mm.
