these carbs are the simplest i have seen....well i can manage with mechanics as i like to do repairs myself and diy stuff...

i once disassembled a friends spare 4g13 card...its still lying as is in the back...

however i did an overhaul on mine, completely disassembled it, it bought a repair kit and changed the gaskets and other stuffs which seemed to have worn out...

and its working very fine..however i got to know and understand loads of stuff through the service manual

i dont think they are bad ... it ran fine .. just want to rebuild it to have it working more or less like factory.. and have it really clean and fresh gaskets. {leaking gas when pumped with engine off manifold+carb gasket i believe is the culprit.

Start here: Carburetor Repair. I recommend that you do NOT fully dissasemble it.

If the throttle shafts are worn or the power valve rod is stuck, rebuilding will NOT fix it.

i would like to rebuild my carb , but have no idea where to start , any assistance with instructions will be greatly appreciated :)
