See Bored And Stroked, section "E16 Crank".

From 82mm stroke to 88mm stroke is a huge bit of displacement.

A15 is 1488 cc. With 88mm crank it is 1597 cc, more than 100cc gain.

Didn't one chap fit an E16 crank to an A series block? That's an extra bit of displacement, 88m stroke?

A14 & A15 bore are both 76 mm.

The largest stock crankshaft is the A15 crank at 82mm. You can go even larger if you have the A15 crank offset ground and use custom rods. Decide now, because your custom piston choice depends on it.

With an A14 engine, you may need to grind the block a little to fit the A15 crank. Much easier to start with an A15 block.

You can easily fit an 82mm crankshaft. Parts are cheap too (crank, pistons, rods). On the overbore side, a 79 mm bore is common.

With this combo you will have 1608 cc. 95cc comes from the stroker crank, while 113cc comes from the overbore.

To fit a larger cam requires no machining. "Larger cam" means the cam profile has longer duration and lift. The camshaft is actually the same size, but the lobes (cams) are shaped differently.

Most if not all of this has been discussed and can be found with a search. I'll jump in and say first that forced induction is the cheapest way to get more power. There are lovers of both supercharging and turbocharging on this site. SC12 or SC14 (Toyota) super chargers are possibly the more common blowers used.

There's literally hours of stuff already written on this site about all your questions. Enjoy!
