I was using A15 with 1200 sedan. Revs were just right, 4000 RPM on highway. Very responsive, similar to today's small car.

The A15 is a wonderful engine. If it has the early A15 cam (same as A14) the top end is great. If the late A15 cam, well at least at 4000 RPM it is still wonderful.

Ive got a freshened up A15 short motor, I replaced main bearings, cam bearings, linished crank and camshaft, hot tanked block, bores rehoned, NPR jap chrome rings, Xrayed block, pistons, rods and crank then balanced rods myself all exact same weight, decked block and pistons .100mm deck clearance, H75 head with 38mm inlets and 31mm exhausts, stock camshaft, tuned 32/36 weber and vanette exhaust ran it in and now 3k old very torquey, revs cleanly and quite economical if you take it easy on throttle but too many revvs behind 56a 4 speed and 3.9 rear so must go for my a12 supercharged project.
Also has A10 flywheel lightened 1kg no clutch (keeping it)
also keeping electronic dizzie (pulsar e15 modded one)

I sold my last self reco a14 with 60 series, lightened fly and clutch for 650 about 6 years ago cause I didnt know 60 series boxes would be rare and never asking to make a profit on my tinkering but would like around 600 for this one plus freight. PM me with your details or email me darega(at)yahoo.com
