He's going to be all over the north island.
He lives in motor home with his wife and kids. (that he custom built himself) Last time he did a lap of the north (last winter) he took his fabrication gear and welder with him.
You haven't got off street parking for a 12 metre truck at your house have you? lol

He,s already look into it for me and there not available, he was also going to look for aftermarket parts also but I hav,nt heard back (so I asume thats also A 'no'answer). All the other parts I need for the shell are available like floor panels, sils etc, but if I cant get new rear 1/4 then I dont see the point in welding in new floors etc. Money is also a bit of a prob and I put my supercharger project on hold (green beast), for that reason. But I do have to strip out the white soon or it wont be long and I wont have any Datsun left. I,m just trying to find the parts for now but will contact your rust guy when Im ready, is his job panelbeating......Jas

PM "birdflu" at NZdatsun. He works at nissan here in CHCH. If they are still available, he'll be able to find out for you. Unlike most dealers, he'll actually take the time to look up datsun parts for people. He reckons he can get brand new genuine front bumpers for around $300 too.

Perhaps ask at nzdatsun.com?
You'd be doing well to find a mint rear quarter. Is your bent, or rusty? My rust guy is heading back up to the north island soon. He's well worth engaging the serices of.

Also, sorry I haven't sent you that book yet mate. The mrs is about to pop, and I'm working huge hours. (Perhaps not as many as your good lady though! lol)

I see one on eBay about once a year. When you find one, grab it. Maybe watch Trademe.
