He's running an HP laptop, reasonably fast machine, but the real issue is his ISP. And I doubt the "cache" is on. Still all factory settings I'm sure.

I use the Back button too, a next topic would be nice, but some things comes first, a image gallery for example.

In the immortal words of Bevis and Butthead, "uh... What?" No, don't try to explain. I'll see if a more computer literate friend (are you listening Tens and Twenties?) can show me what I'm doing wrong. I have figured out a quicker way to read the posts. Nothing Earth shattering, I just discovered the "back" button. Hey, quit laughing! I said I wasn't very computer literate! Well, have a day.

Hi,

Well, the litle folders are red(or pink) when you have a new message in that forum since your last visit. It's working ok when I see them.
I know of the netscap prob, I will try to make it a netscape compatible theme.
As for speed, my home computer is a AMD K6 II @ 450Mhz and I run mozilla over linux pretty fast when it renders the club page, what system are you runing?
Did you turn yout browser cache on?

I hate to complain, aw who am I trying to kid, I love to complain. Anyhow, the little icons that are supposed to change color when there are new posts since my last visit don't seem to be working. As I have noted elsewhere, my laptop takes a millenium to load each page and looking back over posts that I've already read takes too long. I've tried the suggestions from the other string and the "bluely" theme does seem to load a few microseconds quicker (still takes forever) but I still can't get Nutscape to bring up the page. I keep getting this error message: "The instruction at '0x0040677d' referenced memory at '0x00000034'. The memory could not be 'read'." What is up with that?
