Ok junior sedan , what do you want this spool for ? I'm guessing by your name you want it for a dirt speedway car? If so a welded diff should be alright if it is done properly , if it is for any other race application a full spool is the way to go , I can custom make you one but it will be in the $650/$750 range for a one off . a group buy of 8 inch ford diffs from the USA would be the go & then fit them with aftermarket alloy carriers, lsd centres or full spools once shortened. Stronger than H165 and H190 lighter and smaller than 9 inch by a long way.

so like i said in my reply, due to the way the diff is constructed a mini spool will not work. you would need to get a full spool
or just keep the welded one

for suzuki diffs not problems and about the same size as the H65
sierra, jimny, carry but vitara are larger then look at suzukird.com for minispools or calmini and there are others
