There might be a manifold on ebay USA right now.

i have a couple of stock exhaust manifolds, both of them have the three bolt flange and are seperate from the inlet manifold.....i can send you pics if you like but they would need a clean, they've been sitting in the shed for a number of years :)

Just be aware that most (all?) separate Exhaust Manifold are 3-stud exhaust version. So if swapping you may need to modify the dump pipe.
