Two questions:

First:

Did the A-series have two types of lower radiator hoses? My A14 looks like this one:

There is a long metal tube coming off the engine block and a smaller metal tube that splits off of it. Am I correct in assuming the smaller metal tube (that splits off) is for the heater hose?

So do I require the solid length lower radiator hose?
I notice there are a split type here:

Second:

Can anyone confirm these are the hoses to buy for N15 Pulsar radiator upgrade?

A-series lower hose (one piece?):

21503-H1000 HOSE-RADIATOR

B210 lower hose:

21503-H7220

A 120Y is a B210. But B210 hoses may differ by year or market. YMMV.

Is it correct to assume the 120y lower radiator hose and B210 lower radiator hose are the same?

Thanks DD

The article has links to other pages. If you click " How to install Pulsar N14/15 radiator (Spacers, hoses info etc)" it says A15 standard bottom hose and for the top a 120Y bottom hose cut in half.

I cut and shut hoses to fit with temp gauge adaptors in top and bottom hoses.

If the hose is a tight fit. 5 or 10sec in microwave works a charm. Just wear a insulated glove

Can anyone else shed some light on this. Its easy to find an N14 radiator but not so easy to find hoses that fit A series
