ultra light is like the top model of the pro comp series isn't it? so i would assume yes it would be in some way better, judging by the name maybe a bit lighter?? but who knows by one each and weigh them

Then we can't possibly know which non-Datsun gauge will work with the the non-Datsun fuel level sender.

Get the specs of the sender, then call Autometer or look in their catalog for a meter that works with that specific range.

I also forgot to mention that ill be using a fuel sell not the original fuel tank.

But reportedly the Autometer 3515 type (10-73 ohms) matches the empty mark for a Datsun.
