I know the later seats as a whole do not interchange, but the rails themselves may swap given they are removable.

SunnyDaze,

I did not know this, thank you. I am after the early ones, the ones that interchange with each other.

Chris

You probably know this but the 120Ys had two kinds of seats, one early one late. The early seats interchange, the later ones from about mid 76 on, do not. The laters ones have the inner rail stepped up as the floor pan has a bulge. I am told that this is to accomodate a cat converter in some markets.

Nice shifter! That's the 1980-1982 B310 option shift knob (straight pattern).

Early 1200 rails are connected. Later (1972-1973) are separate, though the earlier style continued to be used also.

Wayne, not the brace supports but the bracketry that connects the seats to the braces.

Yep they interchange, but the 120y units are separate not bridged. Just makes for a tidier conversion when installing Cobra Classic Seats.

Anyone have a set? I can trade for a NOS A-series 5-speed shift knob [happy to pay though]:
