Latest reply I've received.

"Hi Joey,

Yes, we offer a volume-based discount for customers who buy at least 8 pairs. The reduced price for the type of springs you have inquired about would be $390 and would apply to orders that accumulate within a half-year period. The shipping price per pair would go down based on how many could go into each parcel. These springs may go 3 pairs to a parcel, but I’m not sure if that many will work without doing some checking. There might be a substantial savings if ship-based cargo were used for a shipment of quite a few pairs, but that would have to be checked out. Base the weight on about 19 pounds per pair with a parcel size of about the same dimensions as the cubed length & height of the springs.
We can make any spring rate, and variations in dimensions are not a problem.

Mark"

correct 411 blueys.

Mark sounds like a good communicator for this product, always a bonus for a pioneer for a niche product.

The latest from Mark at Flex-form:

Hi Justin,

We have always shipped air parcel service because there hasn’t been a cost advantage for ship-based for a single package. 5 sets may be a different matter, I’d just have to check it out to see. We pack them so that the parcel length is about the same as the spring length. Use about 19 pounds per pair for a weight estimate.
Spring rates for monoleafs in general and especially for composite monoleafs is different in that eliminating the friction between the leafs and changing the material makes them feel like lower rate steel multi-leafs. Most springs we’ve made for vehicles like yours have been in the range of 175 to slightly over 200 lbs/in.

Mark

They where never coiled rear ends on the early model blueys youve got them confused with the 80s boxes. The early blueys came out in the mid 1960s to about 1967-8.
