Okay I'll check that the breaks got rebuilt them went straight on the car.has been in a garage so don't think rusted maybe just sticky.thanks dd

If they have been exposed to the atmosphere, they may have become rusted.
To check it, pry the brake pads apart. If it freely spins, it is the brakes. If it still doesn't spin it is another problem.

Just noticed that my drivers side front dosnt spin freely? It does turn but is very hard.im guessing the calipers have locked on? Just is weird because there had a rebuild kit in them and there isn't any brake lines hooked up yet
