friend of mine did that too, ran a12 carb on a14 without any problem.

I have ran a12 carbs on my a14's for years and never had a problem.

Hey guys,
Currently I have an A12 in the 1974 ute runs perfectly, 100% stock to my knowledge.
I'm building my A14 ground up (rebore new pistons etc) for the turbo build. Just wondering if I can bolt the carb off the A12 onto the new A14 for a thousand or so kms of Naturally aspirated easy running-in type driving.
Will that damage the A14?
