Diff will for sedan. I think the coupes and sedans handle better than the Utes with the car better balanced weight wise too.

Sedan will be more practical when cruising with friends or family. Also, when you buy a third car it will become a big distraction from your original project. Pick one and consolidate.

I am starting to consider putting the ute back together nice and standard to use as a runner/carry motorbikes around and put this turbo build into the sedan...

The only issue I can see is fitting a H165 diff in my sedan.
I have a spare (noisy) diff from the ute I might try to get that into the sedan

Restore it an have it jap style.

+1 for ditch the ute and build the sedan. sedans are way cool!

Just tidy it and sell. Otherwise lower wheels and enjoy the room over a cramped Ute cabin. Or sell Ute and convert this lol

leave engine stock, tidy up/restore interior and body. fit some shortened 1200 coupe/120Y struts, slam the ass and spend $2000 on some mad dog 14x7 & 14x7.5 SSR's, Work equips or good quality Japanese wheels and tyres.
Do a few laps of Nth Bridge, the cott on Sundays and Freo on uni night, get your end wet for a few months, then sell it for a profit.
