Paint can cut a part of the picture out. Use the rectangle tool. Make a rectangle, the press CTRL+C (copy).

Start another instance of Paint, then press CTRL+V (paste).

Hi guys I have some picture in my pictures part off my lapie I have cut the part off the picture out that I wanted using paint but can work out how to put what I want to put in its place.Any help for this would be helpful.
