Beat me to it DD, I took a photo of mine too :D

Yeah as you can tell the spring sits in between the door panel and the assembly, there is a little slot where you hook it at. As seen in the photo above.

Thanks for the tip, I never knew something as simple as a spring can be so hard to find.

The spring connects to the remote control body. Normally it is not removed and is part of the Remote assembly (the part with the inner door handle).

Hmm, I don't remember at the top of my head, worst case scenario I'll take off my door skin tomorrow afternoon after work and find out for you. I've been meaning to open mine up anyway to try fix that very thing, the spring snapped for some reason on my car and its a bugger finding another one off the rack so I am trying to work with the broken one I do have, until I find a replacement LoL.

Hey fellas got another question,the little spring that connects to the inner door handle I know where one end connects but not the other.Where does the end with the writing connect to?
