It came from a late 90's model(or mid 90's) toyota the shape as in the pic
The bottle have a little "knob" at the bottom (if you can call it that) a rubber goes over the knob and into the body,I just made a small bracket that bolts to the radiator support panel that holds the bottle at the bottom.

Bprojects used to sell them. I bought mine from Nissan in 2006.

Search google for denso washer bag, they are for sale on eBay now.

Datsun 1200 doesn't use a bottle (though you can fit one). It uses a Kangaroo Bag with built-in pump. The Datsun 520 used a bag w/o pump.

Not sure if you want to change only the motor or whole bottle, I used a bottle and motor from a toyota hilux pick-up older box shape.
