Quickor in Oregon told me they can make custom bars.

Yes, a 120Y is a B210. It is not a 1200 (B110).
The suspension is similar but somewhat different.

several years ago when I had my last 1200 coupe track car, the local Pedders said they could make a bar in whatever size material I wanted to their Datsun 1200 pattern. You could try them.

Actually 2mm makes a significant difference, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torsion_constant

it'll be 46% stiffer than the 20mm one.

I'm going through this right now. I understand from the shop manual that the 120Y has a 20mm front sway bar, and ADDCO sells 22mm. I'm thinking for 2mm, why bother? So, I'm ordering (again, from ADDCO) the rear sway bar for the B210 as the 120Y doesn't have a rear sway bar, so should be the best bang for the buck.

Here in the US, the ADDCO guys don't know the 120Y, so I have a 1200 front sway that I'm returning to them. I ordered this when we were trying to figure out which one would work for my 120Y. Once I confirmed the 1200 wouldn't work, that's when I discovered that the B210 (120Y suspension) comes stock with a 20mm in front.

Thank you for that. It seems that Addco have a 1 inch bar for B210's and 210's...I'd like to see how a 7\8inch works first.

What kind of coffin? They have so many types and features it can be confusing. It is arguably easier to select Datsun parts.

See Anti-sway bar for the part numbers.

Ok after trawling though here, there and what feels like everywhere I don't have the info or the results I require. Does:

- Mad dat 22mm adjustable sway bar require the bash plate to be removed? (I've emailed them)
- Anyone have a part number for the Addco 22mm swaybar I've read about?
- Anyone have a part number for ANY 120y swaybars?

if parts are going to be this much of a pain I might as well just stop bothering with Datsuns and buy a coffin already.
