SA has a completely different style preference to the Rest of the world. I suspect that red ute will be very appealing over there in SA.

None of the drag racing 1200 utes are featured on this site, not recently anyway. Google is your best friend for that.

Big YES to more 1200's . I follow a few of the chaps mentioned that have builds but got a bad habit of comparing to our cars [SA] esp the racers. The quarter mile ute's are quite strong here. I quite like the front end of the ute [borg] smooth clean front and the park/flicker lights which is prob the ugliest on the std datsun/nissan.The old bumper of the datsun is also better than the newer models plastic/tin.Well thnks for the links & opinions always nice to see what others do.Yeah i dont always like e/thing but i keep it to myself.

Agreed, we need to feature more 1200s we come across.

By the way that red one looks well done in American style bling. I know it'd not everyones cup of tea but I still like it.

There are heaps of good show Datsuns in Australia.

ANIMAL
SCUD
WARZON
MADDAT
FUKDAT

Then you have the racers like

Benny
Simon
L18_b110
Chooie
Ange
Aidan
Etc etc

Stick around and you might come across some more......

I reckon that one of the ugliest 1200's to have ever been modified. Hats off to the workmanship but what a complete waste of a 1200, money and skill.

I think Ali-G would have really liked it.
