Acrylic laqer is very old. Nissan would have used acrylic enamal.

Hi everyone, I'm looking into painting my engine soon, due to it being a little bit filthy and the previous owner has painted the block and rocker cover a disgusting bright yellow.

I'd like to paint the block and rover cover in the correct stock A series blue.
Anyone know where to source this?

I realise you can get the paint code mixed up into a normal acrylic laquer, but can you get it in the heat proof engine paint?

I don't like the generic VHT bright blue.
