aftermarket rotors may be manufactured to different tolerances. They'll still fit an S13 hub, but if your datsun hubs were machined too closely to just fit under a stock S13 disc, aftermarket ones may not fit. Answer is to machine a bit more off the hub.

cheers guys. i had already had a read of the wiki page. Its just odd as the set already on fit fine. so im guessing the previous owner had the rotors machined

Hey mate I make the adapter plates you need to machine your hubs to fit the rotors makes changing rotors easier in the future

hey guys... got a new set of RDA s13 250mm front rotors im trying to install on s13 disk brake setup on a 1200 sedan but the inside of the rotor is hitting the hub edges and wont go on. Are there different inside sizes or does anyone recommend machining the inside of a rotor, say only bout 2mm. Theres already a set on and they fit fine.
heres a pic. the yellow line is the edge thats hitting
