Well that should make a difference, but only at peak flow rates. If you could get it on the road to test it then bargain other wise call a cam specialist or head specialist and tell ask them what difference it would make to increase rocker ratio.....MMM might even have a go at my a12.

I was looking in the 1200 workshop manual and I see that the valve lift for the A12 is 7.50mm, and for an A10 it is 7.80mm I had a cam out of an A10 so today I pulled the cam out of my A12 and measured the lift and found that it was the same as the A10. Bugger! So I put it all back togethor but apon closer inspection I found that the difference is in the rocker gear, The A10 has a different rocker ratio so I put the rocker gear from the A10 to the A12. It runs fine but the car is not regestered, so I cant go for a drive to see if it makes any difference yet. Has any one else tryed this alteration.
