Steel is OK for intakes, but is needlessly heavy. It is most often used to make steel log-type manifolds for EFI or Turbo.

Sorry for the mega delayed response guys. Been crazy with starting a new business lately . I know the guy with the oval prot flanges in sydney and they are mild steel . I dont think it would be good to use a mild steel flange on an intake? Will reply to messages

58custom, email what you have. I can produce any flanges without minimun qty's, one-offs no problem

I have some sets available. And they won't foul with the rocker cover lip like the design above, or touch the block.

$60.00 delivered for both inlet and exhaust. I am flying to Brisbane tomorrow and will post from Brisbane.

Moridat, if you are going to pay $100.00 for just an inlet flange you are getting reamed, I hope that extortionate price includes the Vaseline.

Dion120y I use my flanges on the manifolds I make, hence the spares.

Supercharger, could you use CAD files of the flanges? In DXF format?
