Ha HA yeah it did scare me until i realised what happened.I put the grinder on the roof cos the elec was off and forgot to switch it off --result when it came on -- one happy snappy grinder -- even got hold of the nozzle on the garden hose-- BUT alls well i'm more concerned about the body of the 1200 --lots of filler and dents.Gonna try and get a chap to do it for me cos my welding is crappy.It's a wonder there was no comment from the missus --s/thing like'' i know it was done on purpose cos you dont want to water the lawn or cut the grass -- e/thing is datsun datsun datsun'' lol

Crikey! Must have been quite a scare

Ok so there i was stripping the paint from the 1200 [parked under the carport] with the grinder[small] and paint stripper disc [one of those goodies that is almost like a pot cleaner]The power supply came from inside the house so it was at it's limits but i could still do the job.I was going along ok even although the plug would come out every now and then[two prong] just a little push and i'm going again,then all of a sudden nothing so i shout at the wifey [vacuuming] ''have you removed the plug or switched it off'' Big NO -- THIS surprise is from the government [peanut head Zuma --looks like Homer simpson] Yeah due to dumb and dumber we still have load shedding --also the reason rsa citizens are fleeing.OK so now i know from 16h00 to 18h30 no power.I drop tools as i'm frustrated [don't switch off] cos i'll carry on and finish that which i intended to do.[2 hrs30 later] I'm busy throwing things in the drum with my back to the car when i hear a helluva noise and the next thing the grinder is attacking me lol -- bit me on the hip bone,tore my pants and gave me a good wake-up call. LESSON because the gov is stupid it dont mean you should act like them. JUST FRUSTRATED cos this happens every week.-- power going off -- not buggering up lol
