$100 for a manual 4 or 5spd transmission from Pick-Your-Parts in the Bay Area, CA.
Look in B210's and 210's for a 5spd for the 1200.

what do you mean yours is four speed so five speed wont work, maybe you dont understand, all you have to do is get a five speed off a a-series motor and swap it with your gearbox and you have a 5-speed, the only thing is that you will need to make up a rear mount for the box and you may want to change your diff ratio, but thats not necessary

i hear 5-speed go for about $200 in usa too, thats damn cheap

Well sorry for not updating my proflie im in CA san diego too be exact. yah um my datsun is a 4 speed so those 5 speed tranies wont work. my 1200 is also a 72
