Well, I might have been offended but you spoke from personal experience. You didn't just come out and say they suck with out any explanation.
I like the look of the 510 wagon over the sedans. The long back makes the massive greenhouse less obtrusive. That's my two cents worth. Have we "bunnied" I wonder?

It's like upgrading from a shark to a whale. I had a 510 wagon ... oh how I hated that car. I'm sure there are nice 510s, but mine had the old 2-speed automatic. It had two acceleration modes: idle and flat out, but it was hard to tell the difference. And the disk brakes weren't half as good as the 1200 disk brakes. Boy did they wear out quickly. I had to literally use two feet on the pedal to stop the car fast (even so, it didn't stop as fast as the 1200).

Oops, I hope I haven't offended any 510 wagon fans here.

It's in very low rust condition. Great start for a project. Paint is a bit sun faded.

Fitted A15 (not engineered) and RX4 diff.

It's had a light shunt in the rear. Slightly bent rear bar and slightly pushed in rear panel. I'll get some photos for you all. I think the rear taillights are good.

The owner has bought a 510 wagon, so he thinks he's upgrading

The owner is a member of the Sydney Datsun club, and he had the car on the track during the recent Sydney Nationals.

Drop me an email if interested, I'll get his phone number for you.
