* crack in a hose
* leak at the clamp interface
* line running to close to exhaust (vapor lock)

Hi Guys

I just tried it this week it worked without any fuss but noticed that there are plenty of air bubbles on rubber fuel hoses , i don't see any fuel leak anywhere else look at the video and image (sorry for unclear video stuff),but bubbles are obviously seen down air filter

any way i will try to replace all those tubes with new set of hoses and clips again to see how it works, is there any other way that it can bring air into the fuel system ?

I have bought parts here: http://www.new-datsun-parts.com/datsun-1200-parts-exterior.html
I was satisfied as others have been.

For Nikki fuel pump.

Replacing the two valves affects these parts:

1. fuel is drained out of pump. So if a particle of rust is keeping the valve open, just draining the pump (without replacing the valve) would also fix it.

2. Inlet and outlet fuel hoses may be removed & replaced. So perhaps just tightening the hoses is what is actually fixing the pump

If it is rust particles causing the problem, the tank should be drained, and a new fuel filter fitted. It may take a while to clear up.

Diesel does not use a fuel pump, but use a high-pressure injection pump.

Genuine Nissan fuel pump valves last more than 30 years normally. Obtain high quality parts.

Hi Guys

My B210 Fuel Pump gives trouble for so long time to time it doesn't pump fuel suddenly fails, replacing 2 valves will solve the issue, but again it fails after fem rides,i went and checked filters with auto shop and found that he has given me Diesel valves is that the reason for it to stay so short time or is there any other problem ?

thanks
