I don't think there is. The search box works pretty well to find stuff later though.

One idea is to send a PM to yourself about favorites. You can even save hot links in the Private Message using the format [ url=http://datsun1200.com/modules/newbb/reply.php?forum=8&post_id=11355&topic_id=6641&viewmode=flat&order=0]this[/ url] (take the spaces out to make it work like this
