I have nothing new to advise in regards to Datsuns, except I've assembled a box of parts that'll be cleaned up and CAD plated. Things like door striker plates and boot and bonnet locks. I'll take them to the platers, later in the week.

I'm also "contemplating" taking a set of good "chrome plastic" tail light surrounds to the local foundry. I'm thinking of getting a handful cast/polished and chromed. I don't know how much that'd cost. I'll let you guys know. If the price is good enough, I might get some coupe ones made up too. The plastic ones suck, they aren't tough enough, and most of the 2nd hand market are either scratched of cracked from the sun.

I've decided to take today off work, as tomorrow is new years day (A public holiday), and in an hour or so I'll start on my first beer to celebrate New Years. It'll be 12 hours early, but it seems fitting to get into the beers early..it's the Aussie way.

I'll be getting back onto the datto tomorrow afternoon, after my hangover subsides...

Does anyone else get depressed when they finish reading the last new post? I find myself looking forward to the next time I can get online to see what you guys have to say. Perhaps I AM addicted to Datsuns! I'm already Jonesin' for a new post! Somebody hook a brother up!
