I believe when I was trying to get a screen shot, I hit something that triggered it to worked correctly.

Wow, Now it is working....I promise, before this screen print that portion of the avatar screen was not there

Your picture shows the "Upload Avatar" section with the "Choose File" button.

Click it.

OK, copy & paste doesn't work on most forums. Instead you can save the screenshot as a file, then Upload the file.

But no need. I will try it with Google Chrome on Windows 7 and see what happens.

If you could tell me how to take a screen shot like yours, I will post it.

Where is your screen shot?

Looking at your screenshot. I only have the area that you have marked with a red X....The area you have circled does not exist on my computer.

See my screen shot...it does not show the actual pic, but it list everything that is stated on the page.

the second area that states "upload avatar" does not exist for me.

With the Android browser, the button is labeled "Choose file". There is a Submit button below it.
