Nice find, but not a 'new' head...note carbon & rust in ports; has a Helicoil insert in one of the rocker tower bolt threads. It would be nice to know how much the head surface was shaved. Before installing, at the very least, the head should be tanked, pressure tested, guides checked and Helicoil / Keensert inserts installed in the other 3 rocker tower bolt positions, since this area is a known weak point in high stress racing installations. Also, don't forget the steel spring seats when installing the GX double valve springs. GLWS!

Other than a set of dual springs and a Nissan Head Gasket, anything else needed to put this to use?
You can use your stock A14 valve springs. All you need to put this to use is a Head Set, set of Mikunis (or DCOEs or Dellortoes), and a spring compressor so that you can fit the valves

What could I expect from this with an A14 and dual Webers?
You could expect 85 hp. But if you build the engine to suit this cylinder head -- put a 8000rpm camshaft in and dual valve springs along with flat-top pistons and GX-type (thin) head gasket and tuned exhaust -- maybe 120hp? I don't really know, it's just a guess. This was Nissan's road racing head back in the 1980s, and now the SCCA A14/A15s are making about ~150hp with 14:1 compression and 8500 rpm, dunno if that's engine HP or wheel HP

Are the guides in good shape?
I dunno, but you can check out advertisement on eBay, it might be a brand new head (making the valve guides brand new). The valves are obviously used but Nissan Competition sold the head without valves

Better than the GX head

It is a "ported and polished" A12T twin carb head. Just like the GX head but lacking the oil passage for pre-1974 engines. And has been fitted with larger A14-size valves. See Nissan Competition Head
