I would buy a new woodruff key from Nissan. If the existing one is a little too big, it will stress the pulley when tightened down

Nissan 12316-30000 KEY-WOODRUF 5X16 - $1.38
Bprojects also sells them

"Found one" Sounds like there's a datsun getting around albury that is getting hot, not charging and leaking a lot of oil!
