The 1200-type alloy is a bolt-in

The Sentra/Pulsar is drill a few holes, use a few brackets ... and move the horn

Most guys cut part of the front panel, which allows a neater install, but I don't think it is necessary

Those "cheap" alloy radiators are basically stock 1200 design, but with 3-row cores. So they are suitable for probably up to 85-90 HP

But they aren't that cheap. An alloy factory-type N14/N15/B15 Sentra/Pulsar radiator cost less and will cool 150 HP - $70 at rockauto.com . The thicker ones are for SR20DET

For my A15 I use a Sentra radiator; the one recommended in the tech section here, even when it's 105F it keeps the water temp below 190F. The motor is revving between 5-8K all the time.

I also use an alloy ebay radiator on an A15, towed a trailer interstate without getting hot. The long up hills at full throttle didn't bother it either.

Son and I have been using one of those cheap alloy ones off ebay. No problems with our heavily worked A15 on the track.

Do use an anti-corrosive additive, (http://tectaloy.com/product/xtra-cool ... on-inhibitor-concentrate/) and forget anti-freeze. Make sure the radiator is earthed if rubber mounted.

As the title says. I have a nearly new 1200 rad but thought I probably need a larger one. What fits and any ali ones recommended?
Thanks.
