They're going to want to decrease the size of the restrictor plate now . It sounds like the piston broke off the top half, I know of a class 1 off road racer who used to do this with his A series motors, but it was with standard pistons, if you can believe. Hope to see Jordan in the car at Clipsal Adelaide for the Improved Production races.

Would it be possible to get a late model Nissan Micra, fit the 1.8 litre motor from a Tiida & then turbocharged it? Your answer must include parts numbers for the conversion. You have 12 months. Commence.

I haven't pulled it apart yet. Im not sure what let go first, but the No. 2 connecting rod came out the sump.
